I working my way through the photos from or vacation in Portugal during the fall break in 2013.

I’ve send tons of photos to develop and found myself not knowing how to share them between all the albums LOL

So I decided that every album would become a first layout with some thoughts about the vacation, a kind of openning page. And them several pages about the place we stayed and all the places we visited. We always do a lot of sightseeing when we travel, the kids are pretty good Walking all they long as they are used to walk a lot in real life :)

This is the “openning page” for the big girl’s album, I cut the letters for the title with my Cameo and sprayed them with Mister Huey’s buttercup. It gave the letters a nice, subtle color, just the way I wanted to have them.

Sagres

I atarted this layout, with photos of the afternoon we spend in Sagres, with the Studio Calico Cuppa Scrapbook Kit.  I finally only used the Alpha and the “you and me” adhesive from it.

This page came together quickly as I had three photos printed and they cover more than the halp of the page. The only accents are the punched butterflies and the adorable, large yellow butterfly from the Studio Calico Lemon Lush Ephemera Pack.

Lately I am really driven to create simple pages, like these two I am sharing today. I am loving them all and not feel like re-doing any of them any time in the future. I could hold them all and say “I love you” LOL I can sure say that this is my style, and it makes me happy to have found it.

Thanks for stopping by today.

This week I found time to scrap two pages, inspired by both the layout and the Card sketch on the Studio Calico Blog. It is no secrret that I love to use sketches as a start Point for my pages and the SC sketches are always based on real life layouts from their awesome creative Team, what make them even better!

This first layout is called “Für Dich” – For You – and was inspired by the layoout sketch. I used a bunch of Studio Calico products and stretched those awesome Basic Grey letter Stickers once more. They are just my kind of letters: straight, plain, tall and neutral LOL I love simple fonts for my titles.

Für dich

There was no “R” left so I made on with a “P” and a “!” ;)

For the next layout, based on the Card sketch, I grabbed lots of random papers I had on my scrap box (you can even spot the stripe left from the Background of the layout above) and something  I wanted to use but still did not have the opportunity: the Crate Paper Boys Rule Ephemera Pack . It turned out that this is, as I suspected,  a really awesome pack. There is a mix of die cuts, star sequins and other blink-blink that is really fun to Play with.  I highly recommend.

During the past weeks I added three new birthday Party printables to my etsy store.

These are perfect for Spring birthday celebrations and I love how they turned out.

Let me show you the Little sweet Girls, all dressed up to their big day :)

All of these Party packages are available for instant download and includes all of the Girls. You can decide if you only want to print the pages that include the Girl that Looks like the birthday Girl OR you can print all of the pages, with all of the Girls so their friends are also part of the decoration. It is up to you.

I love to look for the perfect Food and table setting to go along my printables, what do you think about this selection?

Two weeks ago I got a box full of wonderful scrapbooking goodies and decided I could not just store it, I had to organize my goodies again.

I have to say that I am great about keeping my supplies organized and sorted. I love organization! I downsized a lot during 2013, went through everything and was ruthless – I really love what I have and I hope I can use it all sometimes :) so I went through everything again, I labeled all my Studio calico kits, sorted all my paper by manufacturer and labeled the packs and sorted my leftovers by Color.

My desk was so looking so adorable and so my papers and I started creating like a mad woman LOL I have a bunch of layouts to photograph and share here in the blog during the next days ;)

Today I am sharing two pages I scrapped for the boy’s 2011 Album:

Dangerous cat

This first layout, called Sweet Moments, is a re-do. I did not like the original layout and decided to remove the photo and create a new page I love.

I am so happy with it!
