Inspired Friday 023 – Scrapbook Video

Welcome to another inspired Friday. I have another process video to share with you today.

This week’s layout was inspired by this very beautiful journal I found Pinterest.

And so looks the page I created:

I would never have scrapped this page for it’s own, without the inspiration from that journal cover! That’s what I love so much about this process.

Grab your favorite beverage and have fun watching!

I absolutely LOVE how that journaling card from the My Girl collection by Crate Paper perfectly matches to the star in the inspiration image.

Have fun watching!

Inspired Friday 021

Today I have a very special Inspired Friday post to share with you.

For those of you who are new to my blog (hello and welcome!!!), the “Inspired Friday” series started many years ago but got its actual shape in November 2014.

Since them I am bringing you on Fridays a scrapbook layout inspired by an image I found on pinterest.

Today’s inspiration image is this beautiful moodboard from Martha Steward Crafts:

And the great news is that I finally made a video! I am working on my first Skillshare class and I just had to learn how to make videos. I might admit that I am very happy with the result and I hope you like it and it inspires you to scrap a lovely page today!

Have fun watching!

Thank you so much for stopping by today!

Inspired Friday 020: Chor

Today’s inpiration comes once again from A poster a day.

How cute is this ice cream? and the colors? just gorgeous! I really love everything in this poster!

Here is my layout:

I followed the striped look of the ice cream, tried to find papers with the same look, even used a badge as cherry,  but my layout looks nothing like the inspiration image LOL

I like how it turneut anyway.

What do you think?

Thanks for stopping by today!

For me, one of the most beautiful online storefronts for office supplies and vintage paper goods is Present & Correct. And today’s inspiration is a beautiful table calender that I found there:

I grabed one of my all time favorite papers (from the Crate Paper Notes & Things Collection) to use as a background for this layout and a photo with lots of green. Here is how it turned out:

Badges with maps will always be my favorites!

A simple page with beautiful colors and the perfect background paper makes me very happy.

Thanks for stopping by today!

Inspired Friday 018: Pineapple Poster

Today I am bringing you one of my favorite Inspired Friday layouts so far. I really love how my layout reflects the inspiration piece that I found on Pinterest and how it turned out.

But it couldn’t be different with such a gorgeous poster as starting point for my page design:

via A poster a day

I really love the colors and the black and white polka dots background. And I finally could use one of that sheets of colored cardstock that I have hidden in a drawer since a couple of years.

This is the scrapbooking layout I created inspired by the pineapple poster, a page without pineapple.

Inspired Friday 017: Polka Dots and Neon

Hello friends. I had a very busy week with a birthday in it and I am happy that I had a 4 day weekend ahead and hopefully, a chance to catch up.

Today I am bringing you a very cool inspiration image, from The Design Chaser. I love the entire house presented in this blog post, but this kids room? Be still my heart. This photo is perfection.

I simply had the perfect polka dots paper and here is the page I scrapped for the big girl’s album inspired by this room:

Yes, there is a flamingo badge in this page. Because I currently obssessed with flamingos, not because there is anything flamingo related in the story I am telling LOL

Ans speaking of flamingo badges, there are two new sets in the Etsy and Dawanda stores with all this cuteness. Because one can not have enough flamingos to decorate planners, project life spreads and layouts. If you want a set with six flamingos in it, just contact me, I can do it for you 🙂 I know I need at least 6 flamingo badges next week LOL

And here is the side by side view, with lots of polka dots and neon yellow:

Inspired Friday 016: Pastel Pink

Hello friends, today’s Inspired Friday inspiration is this beautiful room from Weekdaycarnival. I love the soft colors and the geometric wall and decided to scrap a simple layout inspired by it.

I kept the page very simple and added some pink buttons because the girls are wearing pink.

Inspired Friday 015: Cookbook

Today’s inspiration comes from the cover of the cookbook book. I pinned this image from the Anthropologie website but it is not available anymore. Here is a link to the book on Amazon.

Anyway, I really love all the stacked open books and the vintage vibe of this cover. I could not wait to make a page with this look!

Inspired Friday 014: Rainbow

I’ve been scrapping like a mad woman during the past days and feeling so happy about it. I “only” need to take photos of all of the layouts and share with you.

But for now, let’s just get straight to a really yummy inspiration for the inspired friday series:

via Bubble and Sweet

I love to bake but I never attempt to make a rainbow cake. It looks so yummy but I think my kids would not even try it. On the other side, I could eat it all!

Here is my page, inspired by this beautiful rainbow cake:

I used stripes of scrap paper and kept everything centered, for a “cake” look.

Flair badges available on my Etsy and Dawanda stores.
