Welcome to the fourth part of my France Handbook Mini Album, you can see the previous posts here:
After spending a week in the High Normandie, we travelled to Granville, in the Lower Normandie. We rented a beautiful house downtown and had the best time sightseeing all the incredible beautiful cities around.
As this is the same trip as the part 3 of this album, it did not got a new title page, only a tag where I wrote a bit about the second week of our trip.
Granville is a beautiful city and I am so glad that we stayed there. The seaside is perfect, with a really big difference between low and high tides. It was impressive.
Granville also is the home of the Christian Dior Museum, which is located in the fashion designer’s childhood home, Villa Les Rhumbs. We drank tea and ate the most delicious cake in the tea house behind the house. It is one of my favorite memories of this trip.
We also visited Mont Saint Michel.
Back to Granville, our house and the beach.
We loved St Pair-sur-mer. We will probably stay there if we visit the lower Normandie again someday. The beach was perfect for the kids.
I read about Regnéville-sur-mer on a magazine and we decided to go there on a cloudy day. Best decision ever, it was low tide and we walked between the boats that were all in the sand. It was so cool!
And this was Normandie 2013. We also travelled to France in 2014, as you can see in the title page below 😉 I still did not start this part of the album, so it may take a while until I can share it with you.
Thanks for stopping by today and have a wonderful week!
