Layouts 74-76 The color room

I am so happy that I now have all of the color room palettes scrapped. I missed some while I was on holidays and while I had the flu, the stomach flu and the flu flu last month 😉

This is the palette 42

And this is my page, using papers from my Bike Season and Away we go kits and felt elements by Kaye Winiecki

This is the palette 44 (this was hard!)

Layout is about a visit we did to the academy of arts in Essen, where a friend of us were showing her work.

And finally, palette 49:

and my layout, about how the little girl is always looking what the big girl is doing and copying her.

Layouts 54 & 55

Yesterday and today I scrapped two pages with the last two paletes from the color room. The first layout is another page for my Project 365 album, I am loving to see how it is coming together. I have a couple of traditional pages scrapped for this album too, I have to take pictures of them.

Day 54: June 2006

Palette 46

And the next page, with the palette 57 (love the charcoal in it) is about the flu, we were all so sick here, more pages about it for the other albums are in the works 😉

Day 55: Flu

Loving loving loving 8.5×11 in layouts.

Layouts 29 & 30: The color room

Here are the latest pages I scraped inspired by the color room paletes

Inspired by palete 41: Enjoy Everyday

Love the photo where Anna is playing with the stones. I can’t believe I took it in manual mode, I am proud of myself LOL

Day 31 - Enjoy Everyday

The color room palette 41

and this one for palete 43. A new favorite layout of mine. Putsi is how Anna calls “brush the teeth”, “toothpaste” and “toothbrush”. A very versatile word 😉

The color room update

I am playing catch up with the last color room palettes and getting my albums ready. What I like the most in the color room challenges is that the only rule is to use the color palette, you can scrap the layout you want, about any theme, using any number of photos. For this reason, the TCR gallery is filled with so many different layout featuring one palette and it is amazing to see all of the takes, how the other girls choice the colors of their layouts and the themes.

(do I need to say that I love the color room?)

Here we go with my latest layouts, first with palette 34, his room

I used Lorie’s Feathers and Mittens to scrap about what makes my daughter happy this winter.

I love the palette 36, family room. Is it not wonderful?

Yes, I know this layout has the same title as the layout above LOL in fact, it is the same concept, but here about thisngs that make my son happy this winter Season. Here I used a mix of goodies by me, Kristin Aagard and Ali Edwards.

And finally, this weeks palette, another gorgeous her room:

And my take, using pictures from our recent trip to Bad Ems.

Hope you all have a wonderful week!
