It’s that time again, Ali Edwards invited to join her documenting a week in the life and of course I am in!
This year I’ll be creating a two-page spread per day on my Project Life album. I’ll be writing my journaling through the day and trying to take more photos. This is my biggest problem in this project: the photos. I normally do not take lots of photos…
I created a simple date card for each day of the week and printed them on white cardstock. On my desk I have a stack of blank lined cards + the Project Life Everyday Edition Core Kit + a selection of printed journaling cards, specially those with quotes to fill the spaces.
My project life album is open and placed on my window bank, so I get it going through the day. I did it like this last year and it worked wonderfully, I had the week scrapped and in the album right away.
So, this is how Monday, April 17th 2017 looked liked around here:
This is not a “typical” week here. The kids are school free – Easter break – and we will be welcoming lots of guests during the weekend. I would probably not have choice this week for my “week in the life” project but I love to join along all the other scrappers and Ali, because it motivates me a lot, so let’s do this!
The Monday after Easter is a holiday here in Germany, meaning that we wake up late, and had a pretty relaxed day. We finally watched “Finding Dory” and we all love it. The kids sorted their drawers and played lot of Lego. The weather is very bad: we woke up to a winter wonderland that went into snow-rain and it is just the perfect weather to stay home and do nothing (what we basically did LOL).
Thanks for stopping by today!
